The Shimano Deore RD-M6100 rear derailleur was designed exactly for 12-speed cassettes with a graduation of 10-51 teeth. In 1x drivetrains, it ensures smooth and reliable gear changes with its 13-tooth derailleur pulleys. It features Shadow+ clutch technology, where a stabilizer counteracts chain sag, slap and drop.

The derailleurs feature bigger 13-tooth pulleys and include Shimano’s proven Shadow RD+ low profile technology. The new construction of the low-profile rear derailleur improves shift quality, range of adjustment and chain retention while allowing for a wide range of gearing options
