Kia ora customers and friends, we’re now at Delta Alert Level 2.

This is great news, as it means you, our customers and friends are no longer left out in the cold - come inside and bathe in the warmth of our smiles and witty repartee.

Delta level 2 comes with a few restrictions however, so please read on ...

 

When entering our store you agree to;

• Socially distance 2 metres from staff and other customers
• Wear a mask or other suitable face covering
• Scan in using the COVID-19 app or complete a contact registration card
• Use Contactless payment (Paywave) or EFTPOS where possible, cash can be accepted, but it is no longer a preferred method of payment

 

Operating Hours

Our operating hours will remain the same as follows ...

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday 9:30am - 4:00pm

 

Workshop

Our workshop will be open for drop-off/collection of repairs. Please be prepared to expect delays if your repair requires replacement parts, as many of our suppliers are still processing backorders to allow us to restock out inventory.

• Workshop transactions can now be taken in-store, just like the good old days

• When you drop your bike off, a staff member will advise you what day you can expect your repair to be completed

Remember, at every alert level you should take measures to stay safe and well.

• Regularly disinfect surfaces
• Wash and dry your hands thoroughly and regularly
• Don’t touch your face
• Stay home if you are sick
• Get tested for COVID-19 if you have flu like symptoms – call your GP or Healthline
• Continue to seek primary medical care
