Shimano J03A disc brake pads made of resin and equipped with Ice-Tech cooling fins. 40 % more wear resistant than its predecessor J02A. Recommended for MTB brake calipers from XTR to Deore.

The Metal Pads have a "high" stopping power and the resin pads have an "above average" stopping power.
