Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Information:

Delivering your order to you in a timely fashion is one of our key priorities. We ship all orders using various couriers as they all provide efficient service along with tracking/tracing facility. Delivery requires a signature so please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address to receive the goods, they cannot be left. Delivery to a PO Box is possible for small items, goods ordered must be able to fit in to an A4 sized delivery bag. We endeavour to meet your delivery expectation and your order will normally be processed in 2 - 5 days.

Note: Deliveries are made Monday through to Friday only. All orders are to be delivered by courier. No store pick ups are allowed.

If stock is available at the time of ordering , you can normally expect your delivery within 3 business days. If the goods need to be ordered in then, expect up to 5 business days for delivery. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you via return email. The item may be be available again soon or there may be another option available.

Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
