Delivering your order to you in a timely fashion is one of our key priorities.
At present we ship all orders with CourierPost. They provide an efficient service along with a Track and Trace facility. Delivery requires a signature so please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address to receive the goods, they cannot be left. Delivery to a PO Box is possible for small items, goods ordered must be able to fit in to an A4 sized delivery bag.
We endeavour to meet your delivery expectation. Your order will be processed in 2 - 5 days. Note: Deliveries are made Monday through to Friday only.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders are to be delivered by courier. No store pick ups.
If stock is available at the time of ordering , you can normally expect your delivery within 3 business days. If the goods need to be ordered in then, expect up to 5 business days for delivery.
If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you via return email. The item may be be available again soon or there may be another option available.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

Delivery Charges
$5.50 - Delivery within Wellington (includes Paremata, Porirua and the Hutt Valley).
$9.50 - Delivery to North Island.
$11.50 - Delivery to South Island.
$35.00 - Oversized items, New Zealand wide.
Additional charges for bulky items may apply. This fee is listed on the product page where applicable.
NOTE: Delivery to Rural areas will incur additional charges.
